Home Visits and Telehealth

Holistic Care:

serving adults 65 and older

As a naturopathic physician with a home-visit practice I provide a medical approach that serves you as an individual.

To support your body, mind and spirit, this approach includes:

  • lifestyle recommendations (nutrition, movement, mindfulness),

  • craniosacral therapy,

  • natural therapies (herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrients),

  • conventional and specialized laboratory testing and

  • medication management.

I can also assist you to get the most out of all of your medical care by helping you navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and partner with your other practitioners. In essence, you have a naturopathic geriatrician as an integral part of your team.

As we age, we change and there is tremendous power and opportunity that comes with this. Each decade we notice that our function, ability, or agility has altered. These changes can be supported and even celebrated. We may need to focus on different activities, while aging gives us an opportunity to discover what we love. I invite you to reflect on what matters most so we can work together to ensure you feel empowered to effect positive change in your life and others'.

My goal is to enhance your well-being through prevention and health-enhancing choices, while navigating the natural process of aging and the knowledge and wisdom that comes with it.

I look forward to meeting you and working together.

End of Life Care:

serving all ages

If you or a loved are approaching the end of life, I would be honored to support your process.

I offer craniosacral therapy to the dying person and to their circle of family and friends. This gentle bodywork calms the nervous system, helps comfort and awaken us.

As a naturopathic physician I offer a variety of modalities to help manage symptoms that may arise at the end of life. I can work closely with the hospice team, family and friends, to ensure the needs and wants of the dying person are addressed with compassion and care.

Dying is an opportunity for us to tend to what has been left undone. With support and guidance we can forgive, apologize, be forgiven, rejoice, and express our love.  We can lean in when we have nothing to lose.

Each death is as individual as each life; while we cannot predict, we can prepare.

I welcome working with you to create a more conscious and peaceful dying experience.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the body. The craniosacral system comprises the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord; however, the treatment can be applied to all parts of the body. The results of this therapy is a calming and toning of the nervous system, which has a positive effect on the entire body, including managing pain.
